- Engaging in any form of fraud, including impersonating other users or manipulating game outcomes.

Balances in accounts suspended due to serious violations may not be recoverable.
Users may also request to close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting the kr18 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
